Here we go kids. This week looks like a great week!
Tuesday Trails Lowry Nature Center

Well the secret is out. Tuesday's are a blast! Lowry Nature is great for all levels of runners and walkers and run/walkers. The trails are nice and wide, covered in wood chips and gravel. Sure there are a few bugs, but they gotta eat too. You can go out for a nice hike or a speedy turn on the trails. After the fitness is done, we head out together in a sweaty caravan to grab refreshments and refuel. It's a great way to meet new people and get your fitness on!

Thursday Team RED Metro

This week we are going to do something different! We are going to meet at the SNAP Fitness in Maple Plain. There is a beautiful paved trail in Baker Park right behind the gym. You can do an out and back or do the loop (I'll explain when we meet). If the weather wants to be nasty we will stay at SNAP and get our fitness on.
