Tuesday 11-28-17 6:00pm Grumpy's night. Meet at the Dakota Trail Head by Highway 7 and the Ped bridge. We will do some out and back action. Afterwards head into St. Boni to Grumpy's.

This Year’s Donut Run will be Saturday Dec. 2nd at 8am.

Headlamps on Tuesday night!

Tuesday 11-21-17 6:00pm Grumpy's! Meet at the trail head of the Dakota Trail in St. Boni (by highway 7 ped bridge). Out and back. Afterwards we will head to Grumpy's.

Thursday 11-23-17 Thanksgiving. There are plenty of Turkey Trots around so get your gobble on. 

Friday 11-24-17 9:00am Lebanon Hills in Eagan, Meet at the visitors center off of Cliff Rd. The plan is for a long run. Depending what "long" means, it could be 8, 10, 15 or 20. It should be a fun day.

Head Lamps for Tuesday Night

Tuesday 11-14-17 6:00pm Grumpy's! Meet at the Dakota Trail Head bridge in St. Boni. Out and Back id the plan! After the fun fitness gather at Grumpy's on Main Street in St. Boni. Always a fun night!

Thursday 11-16-17 7:00pm to 9:00pm TC Running in Eden Prairie. An evening with Ryan and Sara Hall!! This is going to be way cool!

Saturday 11-18-17 8:00am Home Host at Jeanie's place. Meet at Lowry Nature Center at 8:00am for some trail fitness. We will head to Jeanie's afterwards. Saturday home hosted parties are super laid back as well as fun!! See you there.

Tuesday 11-7-17 6:00pm Grumpy's Night! Meet at the Dakota Trail Head by highway 7 ped bridge in St. Boni. We will head towards Mound this week and check out a bit of meadow. Afterwards we will return to Grumpy's for a few laughs and talk about how awesome we are for getting our fitness on.

Thursday 11-9-17 6:00pm Carbones in Mound. Meet in the parking lot. We will jump on the Dakota Trail and head towards St. Boni. Afterwards enjoy some good grub at Carbones. 

Saturday 11-11-17 8:00am Floyd's in Victoria is the meeting spot. LRT trail. Good miles followed by some really good food!
