Tuesday 1-31-17 6:00pm Downtown city park in Waconia. Meet at the west side of the park (Pine St between Main and 1st St). We will get 5.3 miles on the city side walks and roads. Afterwards we can visit our sponsor Iron Tap!

Thursday 2-2-17 6:00pm Enki in Victoria. We will do an out and back on the LRT and return to Enki after. Nice and plowed and ready for your fitness!

Saturday 2-4-17 8:30am Lake Rebecca Park in Delano. Single track winter fun! Word has it; its in great shape! Afterwards we will zoom into town to Delano Lanes for some great breakfast!

Sunday 2-5-17 Long Run. TBD

Tuesday 1-17-17 6:00pm Surfside in Mound. Road and Path running/walking. Afterwards we will visit our sponsor Surfside!! YAY!!

Thursday 1-19-17 6:00pm Lowry Nature Center in Victoria! Some awesome "in the woods" trails. The weather is looking great. Afterwards we will head on over to Grumpy's in St. Boni!! Nothing like their pizza!

Saturday 1-21-17 8:30am Mike Mason House. We will run/walk out towards the island and back. Should be about to get 6 miles with very little traffic on the roads! Afterwards Mike and Martha will host a little house party. They will have egg bake and coffee (bring something to put in your coffee if you would like!). 

Sunday 1-22-17 Mid Morning. Long Run. Location TBD. Message Chris for details

Tuesday 1-10-17 6:00pm. Home hosted run and fun! Jeanie has offered up her home for a meeting after our fitness. 6911 Crosby Court, Minnetrista. We will get a few miles in and around the area. She is providing chicken tortilla soup and bacon wrapped brussel sprouts. BYOB (beer).

Thursday 1-12-17 6:00pm. Enki in Victoria. (hoping the weather is better this week). Its going to be cold so plan ahead and dress for it. LRT running is really good out to about 3 miles; so a 6 mile out and back should work just fine. 

Saturday 1-14-17 8:30am. Surfside in Mound. Great running and fitness around Mound on the roads and paths. Afterwards we will head inside for breakfast!

Tuesday 1-3-17 6:00pm Surfside on Mound. Street and sidewalk/path running/walking. Hoping not to get blown away on the ice. Screwed shoes or YakTrax are a really good idea. Afterwards we will warm up in Surfside.

Thursday 1-5-17 6:00pm Enki in Victoria. Its going to be cold so plan ahead and dress for it. LRT running is really good out to about 3 miles; so a 6 mile out and back should work just fine.

Saturday 1-7-17 9:00am Lebanon Park in Eagan. (yes we will try it again) Screwed shoes or YakTrax or a must. Call pool is leaving the Ramsey house at 8:00am. Afterwards we will find a local place to warm up and talk about how tough we all are for being out in this kind of weather!
