Tuesday 10-18-16
6:00pm Grumpy's Night but before that, we will run the Dakota Trail to
Lake Waconia and back. Meet at the parking lot by the ped bridge that
crosses highway 7 in St. Boni. Afterwards head up to Grumpy's for a bit
of fun and food!
Thursday 10-20-16 6:00pm Enki! New Location! 1495
Stieger Lake Ln, Victoria, MN 55386. Meet in the parking lot. Head out
on the LRT for a few miles and/or the Lowry Nature Center loop. Fun time had by all!! After the fitness join us for a few laughs and race day planning at Enki.
Saturday 10-22-16 Surf the Murph in Savage 25K, 50K and 50M.

For those not racing......
Saturday 10-22-16 8:00am Ox Yoke Inn, right on 92 in Independence. Luce
line to Watertown and back. Hop into Ox Yoke after some miles for a
great breakfast!
