Head lamps!!

Tuesday 12-5-17 6:00pm Lowry Nature Center in Victoria. Meet at the visitors center main parking lot. There's wooded trails with; /gravel/meadow/wood chips and a paved 5 mile loop (great for pulling a tire, if someone wants). After the trail fun we will head into Victoria to the School of the wise.

I'm sure there will running/hiking and funning events during the week and the weekend. Get out and do stuff!!

Tuesday 11-28-17 6:00pm Grumpy's night. Meet at the Dakota Trail Head by Highway 7 and the Ped bridge. We will do some out and back action. Afterwards head into St. Boni to Grumpy's.

Headlamps on Tuesday night!

Tuesday 11-21-17 6:00pm Grumpy's! Meet at the trail head of the Dakota Trail in St. Boni (by highway 7 ped bridge). Out and back. Afterwards we will head to Grumpy's.

Thursday 11-23-17 Thanksgiving. There are plenty of Turkey Trots around so get your gobble on. 

Friday 11-24-17 9:00am Lebanon Hills in Eagan, Meet at the visitors center off of Cliff Rd. The plan is for a long run. Depending what "long" means, it could be 8, 10, 15 or 20. It should be a fun day.

Tuesday 11-14-17 6:00pm Grumpy's! Meet at the Dakota Trail Head bridge in St. Boni. Out and Back id the plan! After the fun fitness gather at Grumpy's on Main Street in St. Boni. Always a fun night!

Thursday 11-16-17 7:00pm to 9:00pm TC Running in Eden Prairie. An evening with Ryan and Sara Hall!! This is going to be way cool!

Saturday 11-18-17 8:00am Home Host at Jeanie's place. Meet at Lowry Nature Center at 8:00am for some trail fitness. We will head to Jeanie's afterwards. Saturday home hosted parties are super laid back as well as fun!! See you there.

Tuesday 11-7-17 6:00pm Grumpy's Night! Meet at the Dakota Trail Head by highway 7 ped bridge in St. Boni. We will head towards Mound this week and check out a bit of meadow. Afterwards we will return to Grumpy's for a few laughs and talk about how awesome we are for getting our fitness on.

Thursday 11-9-17 6:00pm Carbones in Mound. Meet in the parking lot. We will jump on the Dakota Trail and head towards St. Boni. Afterwards enjoy some good grub at Carbones. 

Saturday 11-11-17 8:00am Floyd's in Victoria is the meeting spot. LRT trail. Good miles followed by some really good food!

Head Lamps!!

Tuesday 10-31-17 5:30pm (yes 5:30pm, I know it's scary). Halloween at the Mason's. We will do a few miles on the island and return for some Halloween Fun in the driveway. The scariest part of the night will be; Chris will lead the run as Mike needs to stay back for trick or treating kids. Bring an appetizer to pass and BYOB. Mike has promised to have a big fire (or 2) to keep us warm.

Thursday 11-2-17 6:00pm School of the Wise in Victoria. Meet in the parking lot. We will head down the LRT for an easy out and back. Afterwards we will warm up inside the School.

Saturday 11-4-17 8:00am Ox Yoke Inn on 92. Luce Line action at it's best. Out and back and past and out and back the other way. Looking to be a fun day and yummy breakfast afterwards.

Running and Funning in the Dark!

Tuesday 10-24-17 6:00pm Lowry Nature Center in Victoria. Meet in the parking lot of the Nature Center. Remember dogs are allowed on paved trails only (boooo!!). After the fitness we will head into Victoria.

Thursday 10-26-17 6:00pm Grumpy's in St. Boni. Meet at the Dakota trail head with the ped bridge that crosses over highway 7. We will have some fun on the trail. After head into St. Boni to Grumpy's for some great pizza!!

Saturday 10-28-17 8:00am Ox Yoke Inn in Independence right on 92. Out and back on hr Luce Line Trail. Return for some breakfast!
Saturday 10-28-17 8:00am Whitewater State Park Hike.
